Yutaka Tajima is a family run independent clothing label. It may be a Japanese name but we are proud to be a British label. We started the label in 2004. Inspired by an idea to create a new shape, we produced a geometric Y. This became the integral part of Yutaka Tajima. This shape is enhanced, challenged and abstracted as each new T-shirt is designed. We are growing naturally, making considered choices. While our T-shirts feature sizeable prints, our other garments will have more subtle detail, miniature embroideries, patterned linings, a hidden block of colour inside a pocket. We hope to become part of your heritage, your friend and your label. Come as you are.
